My life-long mission is to make people smile :)
Increasing interest in my Drupal Photopic module
There has been quite a noticable increase in interest in my Photopic module for Drupal. Obviously this encourages me to continue development and improve it.
I feel the need to apologies for the late replies to your comments, due to my away time from the computer and Internet... I feel your pain (waiting for my reply) while I was enjoying myself skiing on the slopes of Livigno... :D <grin>
Anyway, your comments have been noted and this week I promise to dedicate some time working on the module.
Computer clean-up service
In the not too distant past, I used to upgrade my computer every 3 months or so. This forced me to choose between eating once every week and getting a part-time job. Obviously I chose the latter, and started servicing and repairing computers at home.
Once in a while, I would get a customer asking me to clean up the insides of their PC from any dirt that has made the computer tower its permanent home. However, on this particular day, this customer's computer was found to host, quite probably, a bit more than just dirt...
photopic - A Drupal module to display Picasa albums and photos
Just two days before I leave for my three week skiing holiday, I decided to spend a few minutes working on my Drupal module called photopic.
The new version now includes the display of the album names under each of the album thumbnails. I have also added some code so that the albums and photos display a little bit better than before which coincidentally paves the way for a custom css feature.
There is still a long way to go, but I am getting there!
Feel free to download and try out photopic, and let me know what you think...
Back to Livigno...next week
It has begun ... the preparation for the group that I will be accompanying to Livigno. I will be spending a lot of time this week going through all the papers, to make sure everything is as perfect as possible.
Launch of new rebuilt website
These past few months, among the now common busy days, I managed to spare some time of dedication to learning Drupal, a very flexible content management system based on php.
I have learnt a lot of new interesting stuff through trial and error - yes it was not easy at times, and by combining all the little things together I have now managed to build a better looking and more functional website.
Addictive Flash Game
It's time for a game...a very addictive game! :)
Scribble's objective is to draw lines to help a few walking Ink Blots arrive to the finish through a path full of obstacles. A few clever tricks are required to complete each level. You may even discover how an enemy can be used to your advantage, like when an enemy is enclosed in a small space, turns red and explodes to blast a hole in the wall.

Searching for the Best Desktop Backup Software
Today I was searching for a freeware or low-cost desktop backup solution and came across a website (http://www.techsupportalert.com/best-free-backup-program) which lists the best free ones.
However while browsing through the list I am not sure that I would want to use this particular backup software...
