Increasing interest in my Drupal Photopic module

By Kevin Carbonaro - Posted on 17 January 2010

There has been quite a noticable increase in interest in my Photopic module for Drupal. Obviously this encourages me to continue development and improve it.

I feel the need to apologies for the late replies to your comments, due to my away time from the computer and Internet... I feel your pain (waiting for my reply) while I was enjoying myself skiing on the slopes of Livigno... :D <grin>

Anyway, your comments have been noted and this week I promise to dedicate some time working on the module.

Hi there,

I do like the ease of use of you PhotoPic.
Easy to install, works just straight away.

A feature I'm missing though, is the ability to press 'next' or 'previous', when I'm viewing a picture. Now, I have to close the lightbox, and click the next pic...

Any chance you'll add these 'next' and 'previous' buttons?

Best regards,
Maxime

P.S., check out your module on: http://scoutsrutten.be/?q=photopic

Maxime,

Thanks for your comments. It is of great satisfaction for me when I know that Photopic is being used successfully on various websites.

With regards to Next and Prev buttons I am researching on how to implement them in Lightbox - will be trying to get them working for the next version and in a way that a user can switch them on or off from the admin page.

Your website looks great - well done! From the photos I see that your scouts group seem to love it there - just made me wish I was born there so I could join in the fun. I am also adding your website address to my worth-a-visit page.
