The dark plan
So much to do, so many expenses, so much everything... I need a holiday! :)
How many times do you plan to do one thing, only to find out a few weeks later that a lot of stuff has happened except what you had planned?
This dark plan as I call it, has quite common characteristics. It usually starts out with a few expenses which seem to increase exponentially on a daily basis then mysteriously stop ...Oh wait for it... only to resurface up again on an irregular schedule just to keep things interesting. This is when you realise what is happening and decide to open all doors hoping that it will all pass away as quickly as possible.
The next phase is what I call Time-Loop. Your schedule is filled up with stuff that YOU have to do, also what OTHERS should have done already. This coupled with the fact that all of these tasks have deadlines attached to them. You still manage to finish all tasks, so surely it was not lack of time, however it always feels the opposite.
The last part of the Dark Plan is actually a natural occurance after what happened - a feeling of tiredness, no remaining energy to do anything.
Then suddenly it strikes you!!! What was the original plan???
.. people who assume that you will do something even though they haven't told you about it but they just mysteriously expect that you've read their mind and know what it is that needs to be done ....
