Back to Livigno...next week

It has begun ... the preparation for the group that I will be accompanying to Livigno. I will be spending a lot of time this week going through all the papers, to make sure everything is as perfect as possible.

Through my experiences as a group leader, I am always searching new ways to improve the customer's own holiday experience and try to give them more than what they usually expect. This year is no exception and I have already planned for a few extra optional activities for the group - some of them being, build-a-snowman contest, ice skating, evening dinner, relaxed evening walks, etc.

Probably my next blog will be from Livigno after Christmas, hopefully also including a few photos. I hope everything goes well and wish everyone a happy Christmas and New Year! ;)
